Pero, 2Face's baby mama, has filed a lawsuit against his wife Annie Idibia, demanding a retraction and N500 million in damages.
Annie's Instagram outburst and the audio tape that went public weeks ago in which she claimed that her husband, 2Face, "packed his things and flew to America to see her (Pero) and his other kids" were addressed by Pero's lawyers in the lawsuit notice dated November 10.
These charges are "blatantly false, misrepresents facts, and portrays Pero as an individual with loose morals," according to her lawyers. Annie was also accused of engaging in "malicious and defamatory online publication" which subjected Pero and her kids to online harassment and bullying.
Pero now wants a retraction, an apology, and N500 million in damages.
