Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw has slammed Nigerian music executive and blogger Ubi Franklin for squabbling with her over the murder of Sylvester Oromoni, a Dowen College student.
Trouble began on Friday, when Ubi Franklin called out certain celebrities for failing to speak out about the situation because of their ties to the school's owner.
In response, Kate Henshaw slammed those who called her out on social media for not speaking out on the subject, labeling them all hypocrites.
Kate Henshaw pointed out that she has always been on the front lines advocating for those who have been molested, assaulted, or battered, but that her outburst is always taken for granted.
The actress went on to say that she chooses when to speak out and that no one should remind her or tag her in an insignificant post.
In response, Ubi Franklin confronted Kate Henshaw, telling her that he didn't need her for anything and that all he cared about was securing justice for the deceased.
While praising Kate Hanshaw for consistently speaking up on similar situations in the past, Ubi Franklin clarified that he wasn't talking to her but to close friends of Dowen College's owner.
However, in a new post shared on her Instagram page, Kate Henshaw blasted Ubi Franklin, stating he does not deserve mention on his page and should sort out his life.
She wrote: Just look at that wanna be, you think you deserve a mention on my page??? Go sort your life out first mumu. SA to ya were… What do I need your respect for? Put me on your page but you no reach to be on mine… What do I need anything from you for? You reach? Getaaat If I answer you again ehnnn my name is not mine!!! While you are at it, unfollow sharply cos I ain’t even following you.
