Actress Toyin Abraham has taken to Instagram to gush about her husband, Kolawole Ajeyemi, following a recent encounter.
Toyin revealed that after attending a party hosted by Eniola Badmus to celebrate her 20 years of acting, her husband talked her out of leaving "early," telling her that she shouldn't leave people who were her friends long before they became a couple because they might see her as an enemy due to her marital status.
Abraham admitted that the comment got her emotional, and that God had blessed her with a wise man.
She wrote:
At the Eniola’s party, it was fun but timing became late. I informed my husband @kolawoleajeyemi that it was time to go home. He said NO. Don’t leave the people that were your friends even before we got married. You should not become their enemy because you are now married. That sentence touched me. I became emotional but importantly grateful that God gave me this man full of wisdom.
