Online Rage As Yomi Fabiyi Still Insist That Baba Ijesha Should Be Allowed To Appeal After Being Sentenced To 16 Years Imprisonment

 

It is no longer news that the troubled actor got a five-year prison term for sexually abusing comedienne Princess' daughter, a 14-year-old girl.

After more than a year of incarceration and trial, an Ikeja Special Offences Court found the troubled Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, aka Baba Ijesha, guilty of sexually abusing a 14-year-old boy.

Justice Oluwatoyin found Baba Ijesha guilty of sexual assault, attempted sexual assault, and indecent treatment of a juvenile in a two-hour decision on Thursday.

However, Taiwo cleared him on charges one and six, which were sexual penetration assault and attempted sexual penetration assault.

He was sentenced to 16 years in prison as a result, but only five of them would be consecutive.

Yomi Fabiyi, who was present in court, spoke to the media and appealed with them to allow the actor the chance to appeal.

He said that until he has used up all of his options, Baba Ijesha still has plenty of chances to contest the court's decision.

He also requested Princess be punished for her careless parenting.
