The outfit, made from approximately 500 loaves of bread, was created by designer Tianah Empire after weeks of fittings and adjustments. But as stunning as it looked, wearing it was a completely different story.
"The weight of the dress almost broke my waist. I have a serious wound on my back because that bread was very heavy. I literally cried while wearing that dress," she revealed in an interview with the BBC.
She added that she had to remove the dress, cry, and compose herself before putting it back on to face the cameras.
Interestingly, Queen had not even planned to attend the AMVCAs this year. It was her designer who convinced her to go and scrapped her request for something simple.

"I did not expect my dress to go viral like this," she admitted. "But I noticed that major news outlets reported it."
