Yoruba movies gist has recognized Bukunmi Oluwashina, a rising star in Nollywood, as the best lead actress in a film.
On her Instagram page, Bukunmi Oluwashina expressed her delight at the latest victory, thanking everyone who had voted for her as well as the award's organizers.
Bukunmi Oluwashina expressed her desire to dedicate the most recent award to her father, and she believes he would be proud of her.
She wrote: "WE WON GUYS. BEST LEAD ACTRESS IN A MOVIE. 2021. I thought the second slide would be my highlight for a long time excitement Cos I have being blushing all over the place.
But then God decided to help me add more. I JUST WANT TO SAY A BIG “THANK YOU “ To Everyone who voted for me. I really do appreciate you all.
