Police kill 14-year-old trader in Lagos During Yoruba Nation Protest [Photo]

A street vendor was murdered by a stray bullet At the Yoruba Nation protest in the Ojota area of Lagos state on Saturday.

The peaceful rally turned violent when security personnel shot live bullets to disperse the crowds, killing the little girl and injuring numerous others.

A photo of the trader, who appeared to be in her trading shop when she was fatally hit, has been circulating online.

She was just 14 years old, according to reports. The lifeless body of the girl was crowded by sympathizers at the scene.

According to a local who pleaded anonymity reported that when the protest became noisy, the girl was about to open the shop when she was shot by a stray bullet.

Police arrived at the scene and took her dead body away..
