Sunday Igboho's cleric Idris Oladejo has finally revealed why the Yoruba Nation activist has not disappeared from detention.
Speaking to TheCable at the Benin Court of Appeal in Cotonou, the cleric known as Imam Oladejo stated that Igboho does have the ability to disappear from custody but has refused to do so for the sake of his wife and the Yoruba Nation.
“Sunday Igboho believes in Allah and despises deception, particularly cheating the Yoruba Nation.” He has those powers and they are from Allah,” he said.
“He can't disappear because he does not want to cause trouble for his wife, Oodua nation, and Yoruba Nation at large. He doesn't like problems; he is a decent man, and that is why I adore him.”
When Nigerian security officials invaded Igboho's home earlier this month, the activist allegedly used supernatural powers to avoid arrest.
