Pere, a BBNaija "Shine Ya Eye" Housemate, was named Head of House on Monday, August 9.
He convened a meeting in the house last night, where he addressed his other residents. He began by saying that he doesn't care what their impressions of him were before he became the head of house, but that they must now recognize the "emblem" on his person, which is the "Head of House".
I don't care the impression you have of me prior to me occupying the position of Head of House. The position comes with respect. Disrespect me as a person but the emblem on my neck signifies authority. So, there will be no disrespect as long as I am head of house. We are not kids we are adults. Have I made myself clear? he asked, and his fellow housemates answered ''Yes''.

Pere and his deputy, Maria, also shuffled the housemates' responsibilities. While they were debating on Tuesday, WhiteMoney was relieved of his kitchen duties. WhiteMoney's cooking, according to Pere, will make him feel like the housemates can't live without him.
