David Adeleke, commonly known as Davido, a popular Nigerian singer, has received N55 million from Nigerians.
The musician revealed this in a series of messages on his Twitter page, only hours after urging fans to send him money.
On Wednesday morning, Davido said that anybody who has heard his hit song should send him money, and then he shared his bank account details online.
”If u know I’ve given you a hit song .. send me money …. una know una selves oo”, the DMW boss tweeted.
Moments later, he started giving updates and revealed that the targeted amoun he is expecting is N100m which he intends to use to clear his Rolls Royce from port.
Davido wrote; mo 7 m in 10 minutes keep goin!! I love y’all! AIM NAH 100m I wan clear my rolls Royce from port”
The singer has garnered as much as N120million as at the time of writing this report.
